TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing or participating in services provided by Able Alchemy or Courtney O’Keeffe, you "I"  (the customer/client) agree to the following Terms & Conditions including but not limited to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Legal Policy and waiver agreement. 

"I consent that I am in good physical health and of sound mind, and do not suffer from any physical, emotional or mental conditions that would hinder my participation in any session at Able Alchemy with Courtney O’Keeffe.

These sessions include, but are not limited to sound baths, listening to Himalayan/Tibetan bowls on or around the body, oceans drums and earth chimes, spiritual arts, laying on a massage table or yoga mat, walking up stairs, aromatherapy, reiki and/or various other energy medicine healing modalities and activities.

I understand that my participation and use of service is at my own risk. All  Able Alchemy services and sessions are provided on as "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.  All services and session provided by Able Alchemy is provided without warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties and healing warranties. All Able Alchemy services are under the spiritual arts / spiritual energy and are 100% voluntary. All sessions and services given by Able Alchemy are intended to offer insight and do not in any way constitute legal, medical, financial, mental or professional health advice.

I also understand any medical or mental concerns, conditions, diagnosis or treatment are 100% my responsibility to only accept medical or mental advice, recommendations, assessments, observations and/or analysis  from a  medical or mental health professional.

I also understand and agree that Able Alchemy is not claiming the ability to heal my body or mind. You acknowledge that Able Alchemy is providing you spiritual, energy arts not medical advice or treatments.

Any medical or mental advice given is ultimately determined and accepted by my own free will and I release any and all liabilities including but not limited to legal, financial, personal and non-personal liability to Able Alchemy.

My purchase of services and participation in all activities provided by Able Alchemy is confirmation that I am fully responsible for any and all risks, consequential damages, incidental damages, personal damages or any other damages known or unknown without limitation. I acknowledge that I have read and completely understand the all the terms & conditions set forth on the website page.  I am of legal age, of sound mind, and voluntarily agree to all the terms and conditions, including the waiver agreement  provided to me by Able Alchemy.

We may make changes to our terms & conditions from time to time. It is your sole responsibility for you to check back at any time to see our current  Terms & Conditions policy.

PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for Able Alchemy. This privacy notice applies to information collected on the website and in person.

We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. The information that we collect is your name, address, phone number, and email address. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time.

​We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

​Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way via Stripe® and Square®. You can also verify this by looking for for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page which adds an additional layer of security.

From time-to-time our site requests information via surveys or reviews. Participation in these surveys or reviews is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose this information.

LEGAL POLICY

This policy a mandatory provision which disallows any and all class actions and/or arbitration. In the event a dispute arises between you and Able Alchemy and/or Courtney O’Keeffe you consent to fully wave your right to lawsuits or arbitration. You consent and agree that all services provided by Able Alchemy are spiritual arts only and you (customer/client) are 100% responsible for your safety, physical health and mental well-being. You fully release Able Alchemy and understand all participation is made by your own free will.

You also agree to resolve any and all disputes with Able Alchemy by directly contacting us at ablealchemy@gmail.com. Please include the date, service, purchase amount, dispute, contact information and resolution you would like to see.  This agreement waives your right to legally sue or arbitrate Able Alchemy of any dispute or damages.

The governing law of all the terms and conditions set form including the waiver agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of DuPage County, Illinois.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand sometimes unavoidable circumstances arise and appointments have to be cancelled or rescheduled. Cancellation and/or rescheduling is required 24 hours before your appointment otherwise we ask for the amount of the treatment. If you are unable to cancel or reschedule your appointment through the online booking system please send an email to ablealchemy@gmail.com.
